PHP retrievable packer is suitable for oil production, water injection, acidification, fracturing and other operations. It can be used for single or multiple wells and can be used for deviated wells where mechanical packers are not suitable. The packer can be sealed without moving the tubing seat. Once the seat is sealed, the packer is locked in a predetermined position by a double toothed slip and can maintain a high pressure difference. The packer can be unsealed by vertically lifting or right-handed tubing. The unsealing device is designed with balance and bypass mechanisms.
