On August 18th, according to China Petroleum Network, the Yingping 1001 well, which was drilled by the 70012 drilling team of Jilin Petroleum Engineering Division of Daqing Drilling, successfully completed the "one trip drilling" operation of 2637 meters in the third horizontal section, with a drilling depth of 5272 meters, breaking the record for the longest "one trip drilling" in the horizontal section of Yingye Block in Gulong Depression, Songliao Basin.
In response to the characteristics of the block and construction difficulties, the Technical Management Center of the Business Unit has innovatively implemented a "dual track" solution. Firstly, drilling fluid optimization is carried out by using a gradient density adjustment method, injecting inhibitors and stabilizers in sections to maintain stable drilling fluid performance and unobstructed wellbore; The second is to upgrade the downhole tools by selecting efficient PDC drill bits and matching them with customized screw instruments. Technical experts will be stationed in the well for guidance, closely monitoring drilling parameters such as displacement, pump pressure, drilling pressure, speed, and torque to achieve real-time monitoring of key parameters. At present, the well has entered the completion stage. The Technical Management Center will continue to monitor and track completion operations to ensure the quality of the final drilling process.
